In order to glimpse like real Italian pasta masters, we put home-made pasta in a boiled, salted water for five to seven minutes. In the meantime, add dried tomatoes, olive oil, black garlic and fresh basil in the blender. In a minute a magic is made – we got a homemade pesto so good that … ok, we’ll leave it for the tagliatelle, we didn’t eat everything …

200g of homemade tagliatelle Moje Gnezdo
1 cup of Leta sun-dried tomato in olive oil
½ heads of black garlic Black Look
1 grip of fresh basil
If desired, add salt, or if you like some domestic parmigiano Čarnok.
Five steps instructions:
– Boil the water, salt it and add pasta.
– Add the dried tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and olive oil into the blender. Mix all the ingredients, but not too much, to keep the dense texture.
– Take out pasta, squeeze it, add pre-prepared sauce.
– Serve hot, and if you like add fresh basil, salt or parmigiano.
– Enjoy your meal.
