We are a little bit lazy for cooking, so we decided to make a pizza – with dough without yeast. It was difficult for us to decide what to get from our fridge, because we have a wide selection of cheeses and dried meat, but finally we decided!
The ingredient list:
- smoked bacon, pig mangulica meat
- dried pecenica, from mangulica pork
- Stara’s planina kashkaval
- Belgrader
- Parmigiano Reggiano
- wickedly hot sauce
- oregano
But let’s make a dough first:
- 350 g of smooth flour
- 2 dcl lukewarm water
- 1 baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of salt
The preparation:
Turn the over to 250° C. In a large bowl pour the flour, baking powder and salt, then mix all and knead dough. The dough should be smooth, so if you put more then you need, add some oil or water, or if its sticky, put some more flour. Put the baking paper in baking tray, the dough and then place the other ingredients over.
Grate the cheese and cut Belgrader into small cubes. Cut bacon into smaller pieces and leave the roast in the piece. Then start: pour dough with wickedly hot sauce, then put the greated kashkaval, the cubes of Belgrader, pieces of roast and chopped bacon. Sprinkle the oregano over it and put it in the oven. Bake pizza for 15 minutes.
When you take out pizza, grate parmesan over it and cut it into pieces. Enjoy 🙂
P.S. Take a look at our assortment of round cutting boards for pizza – ash wood and walnut wood and also cheery wood cheese grater. If you don’t need it, you may want to give as a present to your friend who is absolute culinary beginner or a gourmand with experience 🙂
