The tradition of producing kulen in Backi Petrovac is over two centuries long. It is produced exclusively from domestic pork and does not contain any additives and preservatives. It’s home-made work gives it a recognizable smell, taste and color, and authentic aroma comes from milled pepper. Protected by geographical origin, guarantees full taste and top quality.
