Why are Volos brandies so special?
Nothing can change local, pure fruits. That is the reason because people from VolosNatura decided to make something natural, but different from everything that we would try in future. And they did it. For brandy that they produce, they do not use fruits of lower quality, pesticide-contaminated, but only natural, juicy and untreated fruits. They don’t use any machine, artificial flavours and preservatives as well any oenological elements. They never put brandies in wooden barells – because in that way natural flavours of brandy comes in contact with tree and have a different taste – losing their true character.
The quantities of this special brandy depends from fertile year. Each year comes with a particular climate conditions which affects and soil and plants. As everything in nature is connected, it is also affect juicy, flavour and in general the quality of the fruit, and therefore the unique flavour of Serbian traditional beverage.
