Balsamic vinegar, 10 years aged, has recognizable flavour and authentic taste. Produced from cooked grape must (min 20%) and wine vinegar, long aged in wooden barrels, it has a great aroma. It fits perfectly with bolied, roasted and grilled meat, rice, potatoes, pizzas, boiled and grilled vegetables and fish, caviar, sheese and fruity salads have much better taste with it!
