Radovaca brandy
Brandy Radovaca is the product of family distilleries from Ub, which is led by engineer Radoslav Atlic since 2005. Fruit brandies Radovaca, are produced from selected and healthy fruits of plum, quince and apricot in full technological maturity, and the geographical position of the hilly part of the tamnava region with favorable climatic conditions and the ecological method of fruit cultivation is a guarantee of quality.
Radovaca, plum brandy, “prepecenica” is made of coupage of different plum brandy variants in which the sort of plum ” pozegaca” is dominant. This brandy has been aging for seven years in oak barrels and is one of the best brandy in this segment, on the market.
The Radovaca brandy has a bright yellow color and is completely clear. This brandy has developed something very recognizable scent, exceptional bouquet can not be forgotten even when you have not been drinking for a while. The taste is shifting from mature yellow fruit to the very finish in which the elegant note of the honeycomb prevails. The glass, after brandy, preserves the smell of honey and ripe plums.
Since 2008, the production of Radovaca brandy from quince and apricot has been started, which were rated with the highest quality ratings at brandy events throughout Serbia.
