When Sanja says “yes” – to pleasure and work
Everything started very easily and spontaneously. She wanted to start her private business, and how she likes cooking and kneading, she decided to try what she really enjoyed. Mom and grandmother tecahed her how to prepare homemade pasta, but about laws, regulations and other things, they didn’t. That’s why Sanja went to various educations, seminars, workshops: from financial to how to make a good business plan. She was not afraid of knowledge, but embraced him and merged with her worthy hands. She had enough patience and desire to succeed. That’s how the magic of handmade pasta started because…

What makes Moje gnezdo pasta so special?
Homemade pasta Moje gnezdo does not contain added salts, sugars, or additives. There are no artificial colours, scent and flavours. Everything is homemade, just as our old people once made noodles. Sanja make pasta by hand: she prepares pasta herself, knead herself and shape herself. It selects all the ingredients carefully. Totaly healthy and natural ingredients are added to the basic dough: spinach, turmeric, beet, cocoa and cuttlefish ink. In this way, the pasta also gets the natural colour and natural flavour. In addition to basic pasta made from white wheat flour and eggs, she produces pasta of integral wheat flour and spelty flour. And do you know 3 reasons to include spelt in our nutrition?
